Automotive PCB Assembly Service

To ensure that all types of vehicles operate perfectly in harsh external environments and efficiently in a range of internal systems, including advanced information and entertainment systems, navigation systems, safety systems, and critical engine control units, our PCB components are manufactured to meet the demanding standards of the automotive industry, ensuring that each component can withstand extreme environments and provide the reliable performance required for its design under all conditions.

Our automotive circuit board components far exceed consumer standards in four dimensions: materials, production processes, testing, and management .

  • More resistant to extreme environments (high temperature/vibration/corrosion),
  • Higher precision manufacturing (micrometer level process),
  • More rigorous validation (thousand cycles of testing),
  • Full lifecycle traceability (MES system).

Our core goal is to achieve "zero failure" safe operation within a 15 year lifecycle.

 Core Four Elements:

  1. Material: High heat resistance (Tg ≥ 170 ℃), thick copper foil (≥ 2 oz), and three proof paint.
  2. Process:
            Precision: laser drilling (≤ 0.1mm), fully automatic surface mounting (± 25 μ m).
Welding: Nitrogen reflow soldering (void rate<5%).
  1. Testing:

             Extreme environment: -40 ℃ ↔ Cycle 1000 times at 125 ℃ and vibrate 50G.
             Certification: AEC-Q100/Q200+ISO 26262 (ASIL level).

  4. Management: Full process scanning and traceability (MES system), defect rate<0.1ppm.
